Andriene Wright, is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than fifteen years of experience driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and organizational performance across complex health systems. As Program Manager for the Center for Advanced Practice Providers at the Mount Sinai Health System, she leads enterprise-wide initiatives that expand patient access, optimize provider utilization, and strengthen system-wide processes. She drives results through innovative strategies, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to sustainable growth.

In her previous role as Administrative Manager for Oncology Practices at Mount Sinai, Andriene oversaw Breast Surgery and Gynecological Oncology operations, implementing process improvements that increased efficiency, reduced wait times, enhanced patient care, and elevated staff engagement. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Africana Studies from the College of the Holy Cross.

Leveraging deep expertise in process refinement and workforce development, Andriene drives initiatives that enhance quality, organizational effectiveness, and innovation across the health system.

Heather Isola is a transformational healthcare leader with a clinical foundation in women’s health and community medicine. She began her career in New York after earning her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences with a Biology minor and her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Duquesne University. Joining Mount Sinai’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2006 as one of its first ambulatory PAs, Heather pioneered practice models that expanded patient access, enhanced care delivery, and elevated operational performance. Heather progressed to leadership as Clinical Director of The Mount Sinai Hospital OB/GYN faculty practice and earned the prestigious Cullman Award for Physician Communication in 2019.

In 2019, Heather became the inaugural Director of the Department of PA Services at Mount Sinai Health System, driving exponential growth in the PA profession through revenue generation, strategic recruitment, retention, and educational programming. Now serving as Vice President of PA Services, she co-leads the Center for Advanced Practice Providers, a multidisciplinary center of excellence advancing the professional contributions of APPs across an expansive and dynamic health system. Today, Heather is continuing to build skillsets, expand on knowledge and develop tools to innovate healthcare systems for the future with enrollment in the distinguished George Washington University School of Business MBA program.

Dr. Priscilla Samuel is Vice President of Advanced Practice Nursing at the Mount Sinai Health System, where she leads strategic initiatives to elevate the advanced practice nursing workforce across a complex, multi-site health system. As the inaugural co-lead of the Center for Advanced Practice Providers, she drives innovation in clinical excellence, workforce development, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

With over 20 years of experience in clinical practice and executive leadership, Dr. Samuel has shaped national models for graduate nursing education, APP credentialing, and fellowship development. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Case Western Reserve University and a Master of Science from Columbia University.

A published researcher, HRSA grant recipient, and adjunct faculty member at Columbia University School of Nursing, Dr. Samuel is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and a respected advocate for advancing the role of nurse practitioners in modern healthcare.

As Chief Nursing Officer, Jeff leads Press Ganey’s focus on improving patient and caregiver experience and developing nursing leadership at healthcare organizations nationwide. He also plays an integral role in the company’s workforce initiatives, including Press Ganey’s Workforce Well-Being Collaborative, which focuses on supporting caregivers as they deal with the ongoing challenges of the pandemic. Prior to joining Press Ganey, Jeff served in various chief nursing officer roles at both community-based organizations and major academic medical centers throughout the US. In addition, he was the inaugural Vice President of the Magnet Recognition and Pathway to Excellence programs at the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
